To delete a scheduled individual message, navigate to your “INBOX” and then to the “Open” tab. Click on the conversation that contains the scheduled message. At the bottom of the conversation, click on “SCHEDULED MESSAGES.” Then, click “Delete” below the message you wish to remove.  You will see a pop up window that says “Are you sure you want to delete this message?” Click “CONFIRM” and the message will be deleted!

To delete a scheduled campaign, go to the “CAMPAIGNS” tab, then to either the “My Scheduled Campaigns” or “All Scheduled Campaigns” tabs. Click on the title of the campaign to open it. Then, in the top right hand corner, there will be an option to “CANCEL CAMPAIGN”. Click on “CANCEL CAMPAIGN” and it will be removed!
